Terms

OrderWalk

Effective 3 Nov 2026

The service

OrderWalk lets a restaurant count what is on hand and build vendor orders. By using it, you agree to these terms.

The service is provided as is and as available.

Your data

You own the restaurant data you put into OrderWalk. We host it so the app can run, including showing an order to anyone you give a share link.

You can export lists, items, the catalog, and pars from Backup in Settings. The owner can delete the restaurant and the account in Settings. A manager or counter can leave the team there. Email [email protected] if you cannot do it in the app.

Acceptable use

Use OrderWalk for a restaurant's own inventory and ordering. You are responsible for the email on the account, the people you invite, and the order links you send.

Do not try to reach another restaurant's data, misuse a sign-in code, a magic link, or an invite, upload anything unlawful, or interfere with the service.

No warranty

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a count, a price, a par, or an order is correct. Check the order before you send it.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including a missed order, a wrong count, or lost profits.

If we are liable, the total is limited to the amount you paid us for OrderWalk in the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that limit is zero. Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, the limit is the smallest the law allows.

Changes

We can change the app and these terms. When the terms change, the effective date on this page changes. If you keep using OrderWalk after that, you accept the updated terms.
